URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT: To all customers accessing SBET from Singapore

Please be informed that Singapore has enacted the Remote Gambling Act 2014 that prohibits remote gambling including gambling through the Internet and this Act will take effect from 2 February 2015.

As such, we regret to inform you that access to SBET from users and visitors from Singapore will be blocked with effect from 1 February 2015 (the “ Closure Date”) and SBET will no longer be able to accept customers or bets from users residing in Singapore.

If you are an existing Account holder, we urge you to withdraw your funds from your Account before the Closure Date. On that date, access to all existing Accounts with a registered address in Singapore will be blocked and Account suspended. You will consequently not be able to access your Account.

To retrieve any funds held in your Account after the Closure Date, you will need to contact us at SBET to make a request for withdrawal of those funds.
